Burpee is a high-intensity whole-body exercise that combines multiple movements such as squats, push ups, and jumps.
This app decomposes Burpee movement into three actions: A, B, and C, combined with pictures and voice broadcasts, to make the movement more rhythmic. Users can choose from three intensities: high, medium, and low, and choose the appropriate speed.
